Are you a chai lover but don’t know what makes the perfect cup of chai? Then we have just what you need! Our pre-mixed ingredients are a perfect blend that make a perfect cup of chai. 

Taazi was created to help individuals enjoy their tea without the trouble of having to collect a number of spices from different stores and spending time grinding and storing them.  We have ready to use chai spices packed and made especially for YOU!  Not to mention, the jars are HUGE and a single jar of Traditional Chai Masala can make over 170 cups of chai! 

Don't like chai but love flavoured teas? Then our Luxury Tea line is for YOU! We have a number of different flavours ranging from fruity teas to chocolate flavoured teas.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

☕ Q: How will I know how to make the tea?

A: Every tea comes with an instruction leaflet! Traditional chai masala comes with instructions on the back of the jar! 

☕ Q: Are the personalized spoons dishwasher safe?

A: No. We recommend gently hand washing the personalized spoons. The more pressure that is applied, the more likely it is that the sticker will get damaged. 

☕ Q: Can I try a sample of the product?

A: As of now, we are offering samples of the Traditional Chai Masala. If you would like a sample, please email us at taaziinc@gmail.com or direct message us on Instagram! 

☕ Q: How long do I have to wait to pick up my order? 

A: When you check out, you will choose a pick-up date and time. We generally need a 24 hour turn over time. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up! 

☕ Q: Where is the pick up location? 

A: Pickup is in Brampton (Countryside Drive and McVean Drive).

☕ Q: What if I need to change my pick up date or time? 

A: You can send us a direct message on Instagram or email us at taaziinc@gmail.com requesting a change in time or date! 

☕ Q: Is there a cost for shipping?

A: Yes, shipping cost will be determined at check out. Shipping cost is waived for orders over $100. 

☕ Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Right now, we are only offering shipping within Canada.
